In response to the current state of affairs relating to COVID-19 we at Realm Makers would like to let you know what Realm Makers is implementing to relieve your financial risk should you choose to register.

The good news is that our conference is still a long way off. What ultimately becomes true in terms of cancellation may be completely out of our control given the decisions being made by state governments directing that organizations should cancel large gatherings. That can be frightening to us all after the level of investment it takes to commit to attend Realm Makers.

Here are the changes we are implementing immediately:

The early bird pricing will be extended until the end of March.

Our revised cancellation policy for Realm Makers 2020 is as follows:

  • In the event that Realm Makers is canceled we will allow registrants to either defer their registration to 2021 or choose to receive a full refund with no cancellation fee.
  • If you choose to cancel even though Realm Makers is still proceeding, we will loosen our current policy to allow you to get a full refund up to 30 days before, by June 18th, minus a 10% cancellation fee.
  • If you cancel less than 30 days before the conference, a 25% cancellation fee would apply.

We are hopeful that the horizon of this virus is close at hand and that I will see you all at RealmMakers!
