Book Consignment

Only Professional and Published level members may submit books for inclusion in the consignment bookstore. If that is you and you don’t see the button below, make sure you log in on the member portal HERE and then navigate back to this page. If you are not a member and wish to sell your book(s) at this year’s Realm Makers conference, Click Here to become a member at the Published or Professional level to get started. Or, if you are already a Basic level member you can upgrade your membership. To do this simply log in, click “Account” in the sidebar menu, choose “Subscriptions” at the top of the page, and then click “Change Plan.”

Vendor Tables

Those wishing to attend Realm Makers purely as vendors, not attending sessions, the registration cost is discounted to $199 from Feb 1st through May 15th when the price begins to go up. Vendors are required to man their tables at all times while the bookstore is open. If your intention is to attend all the sessions we would recommend selling your books in the consignment bookstore, but you must be a published or professional member in order to have that option.

There is clearly going to be a higher demand for tables at the conference this year so it is important to understand that in order to secure a table the first step is to pay the table fee when you register.

Priority will given to:

  • Publishers
  • Published and Professional Members
  • Multi-published authors
  • Those who register earliest

Then we will determine who is assigned tables, who is given an opportunity to share table space with others, and who would be put on the waiting list. Anyone who pays for a table but does not get one will be refunded the full cost of the table fee of $75.
