A few things to note about rooming at the hotel:
Standard rooms at the discounted rate have either 2 queen beds or 1 king

  • If you have 3 or 4 guests staying in a room, each guest over 2 will carry a $10 service charge. For example, a room with four guests on Thursday night will have the base charge of $99 instead of $79.
  • Double occupancy in a standard room for the nights of the conference (Thursday, Friday, Saturday) works out to about $60 per guest, per night. This is virtually the same cost as double occupancy in the dorm rooms of past years.
